EFFECT: the plant works in accordance with EU standards, employment has increased from 50 people to 250, and in 2022 we received the award for the best food production plant in the Leningrad Region. Parallel to these activities, I conducted (as a project manager) preparations for the construction of a chip factory, which would make sales independent of the import of chips from the EU and reduce logistics costs by approx. 4M Euro. Together with my team, we built a new plant with all infrastructure, new machines as well as staff training. A particularly difficult project (its implementation took place during the COVID pandemic), but the goal was achieved.
