Research will be presented at SURCA 2025• Followed proper safety techniques while working in a BSL2 laboratory

• Blended, tested, brewed, and canned several varieties of Kombucha and seltzers while adhering to strict quality, flavor, and food safety standards on an industrial scale• Maintained a clean and safe brewery space by sanitizing kettles, Brite Tanks, hoses, and IBC totes• Practiced proper safety measures when handling dangerous chemicals- caustic and acid sanitizers• Organized, boxed, labeled, and shipped products in a timely manner• Made biweekly trips to Canada in sprinter van to pick up aluminum cans from distributor
