• Desing, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of network elements and services• Communication, acquisition, evaluation and identification of customer requirements• Coordinate and supervise the testing and implementation of network components, subsystems or systems• Activities, implementation and system architecture documentation according the accepted standards and methodologies • Technical support for customers• Regular communication with customers and other project team members• Development of training materials, training examples, presentations etc., in scope of accepted project standards

• Care of customers IT infrastructure in specific technology area. Incidents solving according to IT standard process and specific customer documentation in target of retrieve customer infrastructure in shortest time possible. • Professional communication with customer or with other customer specified persons. • Active participation within project team, responsibility of solving assigned cases.
