Becoming a Production Planner, which added a challenging aspect to my work. This role demanded in-depth analysis, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to customer agreements. The experience sharpened my skills in time management and task automation, preparing me for more complex responsibilities.

I started as a Production Supervisor at Raitwood, my role was to lead the daily activities of a small team in which I actively participated in hands-on work. This position laid the foundation for my understanding of teamwork and production efficiency.
