Senior Associate
CurrentM&A / PE & VC / Corporate Practice Group: Managing transactions from start to completion, frequently in the role of a lead associate or a lead lawyer. My ambition is to provide exceptional support to clients in achieving their business objectives. My transactional experience includes domestic projects as well as M&A transactions governed by foreign laws and guided by principles customary on the global M&A market. I have recently worked on projects spanning across the U.S., Middle East and APAC. I am also responsible for handling matters involving FDI screening risks and as such have managed Czech FDI filings and liaised with U.S. teams on CFIUS filings. Business Development: I regularly represent the firm at BD and networking events, such as those organized by CVCA, 0100 Conferences or business chambers, and provide comments on current affairs to media outlets. I was one of the core team members creating templates and working on design and media coverage of the Czechstartupdocs.com initiative. Pro Bono: In addition to my regular responsibilities, I have also taken the role of a coordinator of the Prague office pro bono affairs, including, among others, several high-profile mandates in connection with the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
