Serra Coop preschool, Mission Hospital and OC Mom’s Clubs, by supporting these groups with classes and education.• Involved with various South County cities to support community and art events such as San Jan Capistrano July 4th celebrations, San Juan Capistrano Summer Nights, Swallows Day Parade, City of San Clemente Easter Party and Talega Spring Fest to name a few. • Instruct teachers at Serra Pre school, St. Margaret’s Episcopal School, and OCCPPS Training on how to use music in their class rooms as a creative and effective teaching tool. • Manage a staff of five; one administrative assistant, two teachers and two interns. • Facilitate teacher training and evaluation through feedback with teachers and parent participants, with an evaluation instrument filled out at the end of each semester. • Provide collaborative and supportive environment for employees through regular staff meetings over company provided breakfasts or lunches and attending national workshops together.
