Program Core Team member managing complete industrialization of product with coverage of all manufacturing processes (injection, paint, assembly, bonding, packaging, supply chain, material handling). Coordination activities between development (engineering) team and manufacturing site.Main manufacturing contact for Customer during project development phase.- Defines initial Statement of Work of manufacturing perimeter including extended team, regarding project perimeter, development budget (hours, hourly rate, travel cost) and required Work Packages,- Defines and sets up the project planning,- Management and allocation of the budget to extended team & assurance of resources availability, - Leading manufacturing project reviews, consolidation of actions, reporting and action plans creations, - Assure that the Launch Readiness (led by the Launch Manager) are well organized- Management and prioritization of activities of extended team within project scope- Main lead during pre-serial builds- Change Management tracking

Logistics Engineering team lead (11 direct reports) in new OEM car manufacturing plant (Qoros Auto). Covering areas of new programs launch, new implementations and solutions optimization in order to execute company and department strategies. - Definition and execution of deprtment targets, KPIs, CAPEX and reources. Reporting to high management project and unit status. - Close cooperation in cross fintional envirionment with other key dertments (for example: Production and Process, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, IE, Finane, Purchasing) - Direct supervision of following functions in Logistics Department: a.
