As a consultant I’m in charge of:- Participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business;- Performing detailed analysis of business requirements;- Gathering software requirements from client stakeholders and potential users;- Developing a detailed design of proposed software including functional and user interface designs;- Communicating the design to the project programmers to ensure full understanding;- Working with client stakeholders to roll-out software to users.As a project manager I’m responsible for:- Coordinating with business process owners, functional and technical staff to design, customize and implement software solutions to meet customer requirements;- Developing a project plan;- Facilitating complex issue resolution that arise during implementation;- Coordinating with team of developers to resolve defects;- Providing training to client on software module usage.
