First and foremost, I see myself as a problem-solver. I bring an attitude of flexibility, collaboration and organization to the development team at Debenu (www.debenu.com). In addition to my programming duties, I also act as the back-end technical support manager, facilitating communication between the support and development teams to ensure that the best possible assistance is provided to customers.I work closely with the rest of the development and technical support teams, and am proud of my part in redeveloping Debenu’s popular all-in-one plug-in, PDF Aerialist. I was also part of the team that built standalone desktop and server application, PDF Tools Pro, from the ground up.Before joining Debenu, I worked at Partizanske Observatory, leading a team that developed programs for popularizing astronomy and enhancing specialized hardware. In that capacity, I played a key leadership role in securing a European Union grant for Partizanske Observatory. The grant money ultimately funded both an expansion of the team (i.e., created new jobs) and high-performance hardware upgrades.I speak Slovak, English and German.
