Responsible for the business development in the State Aid advisory to both private and public clients. Analyzing market potential for State Aid advisory in different market fields - energy, pharma, manufacturing, financial services, public services etc. Together with team of senior professionals from the legal, tax and consultancy department providing clients:- Identification and management of state aid risk - State aid due diligence to identify previous measures and managements of state aid risk - Assessment of transaction, guarantee, loan terms against Market investor principal - Developing cost allocation methodology and building compensation models - Advising in concluding public services agreement (SGEI)- Preparation of restructuring plans in line with state aid - Assistance with the notification procedure, representation of beneficiaries before the European Commission

- Negotiating new operational program for city of Prague in the new EU budget period 2021 - 2027 - National coordinator of Czech national delegation to the European committee of the regions- Leading partner of the CCRN - consortium representing capital cities of EU member states- Lobby activites in the area of Prague interest (Cohesion policy, Digital Services Act, Direct EU Funding for Cities) - Searching for open calls of the EU communitarian programmes (programs Horizon 2020, LIFE, CEF, URBACT) - Financial management and monthly accounting reports, managing the stagiers.

- Management of CzechBio – association of Czech biotech companies, combining 40 companies, universities and research institutions- Implementing the strategic development plan in line with approved budget and instructions of the association board- Arranging participation of CzechBio association at number of foreign expos, trade fairs and technology missions (USA, China, EU member states)- Preparing expert seminars and other beneficial activities in order to attract new members and highlight the unique role of biotechnology sector - Responsible for managing EU grant and connected research project, handling related administrative issues- Organizing and running CzechBio Academy project in order to meet the educational needs of CzechBio members- Supervision of stagiers participating at preparation of CzechBio educational activities

- Coordination of the National Biomedicine and Biotechnology Centre project intended by the government of Central Bohemia and the Czech Academy of Science.- Establishing the contacts between the Czech and foreign biotechnology companies and research teams, mapping the biotech sector in the Czech Republic, biotech mission to Fraunhofer institute in Braunschweig, Germany. - Simultaneously gained responsibility for attracting foreign direct investments into mechanical engineering sector- Preparing comprehensive marketing materials such as brochure, leaflets and CDs with the sector presentations- Representing the agency at foreign trade fairs and technology missions (Sweden, Germany)- Preparing and conducting direct marketing campaign targeting identified investors in the field with aim of attracting their production operations to the Czech Republic

- Organizing pan-european B2B conferences for senior executive professionals in Marketing, Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment- Conducting marketing research, drafting the program of the conference in English, hiring quality speakers- Coordinating the marketing process with other company departments based in different european cities (Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, Design and Operations)- Producing marketing brochures and executing communication strategies towards the external customers (mainly Brussels based industry associations)- Supervising the smooth running of conferences in various european capitals.
