About Marek Tetemonda
My name is Marek and ever since I moved to UK in 2009, I worked for Gourmet Burger Kitchen. I started as FOH and during couple of years I end up in management role. After successfuly running one store about 5 years for the company, I wanted a bit of an adventure. Luckily for me, there was an oportunity within the company to go, live and work to Dublin. What was needed there, was to help open new restaurant after refurb and help out others (there was 5 stores overall) with high standards set by company. After 6 months, I came back to UK and my company used my expericence from Dublin to help out existing but struggeling restaurant in UK. My last store, before I left the company, was in Greenwich, London. The reason I left was I decided to move to Bristol and have a break from hospitality (mainly the management). I started working University for Bristol, at this moment as temp worker who is seeking his new challange and opportunity.As of August 2020, I’m looking for new job, new adventure and new challanges.
