In my current position, I am responsible for the advisory role and coordination of SOx testing and client management activities focused on the analysis and identification of system or application deficiencies against ING's internal standards.Consultations with counterparties on complex cases and possible improvements. Active participation in the further development of testing and auditing methods. Oversee the development of internal processes, test methods and workplace guidelines. Helps shape and mentor new or existing team members.

Leadership role:In this role, I was responsible for leading and developing a team of IT internal control testers (9 FTE) responsible for performing compliance testing of information systems and applications used within ING. Performance management – ​​regular reporting on team performance. People management - responsible for individual performance, progress. Support talents and ambitious members.Internal Audit Delivery:Managing stakeholder expectations across locations, functions and levels of management. Execution and supervision of regulatory testing activities (non-regulatory and regulatory (SOx ) testing. As a contractor I was part of internal ServiceNow team. Scope was to analyse and define existing Incidents and Request fulfillment workflow (BPMN methodology)in our branch in France and translate it for ServiceNow Dev Team. Act as Mentor and Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Office products. My main responsibilities included development of training materials, organizing of Global Experts meetings, taking ownership of escalated tickets as Tier 2 support, supervise internal Knowledge Management database.I was part of an internal Exchange Program between Prague, San Jose and Manila. Spent 2 months in our Manila office where my observations with internal teams helped to better understand our global workflow and improve internal cross - regional cooperation.

As an internal Technical Support specialist my main duties involved interaction with our internal users, following up Incident Management life cycle, interact with cross-regional teams (US, India, Asia), collaboration with Problem Management team.
