A normal week to me can range from trying to sell 10 bars of Milka chocolate to small grocery stores to test our prediction model to proposing a model which can move 10’s of millions of euros worth of merchandise in over 40 stores.My role at Anovative is to oversee everything technical. Since our projects are cutting edge and dependent on innovative technology I have to work closely with project teams and clients to ensure everything is on the right track and making progress. We have to find the correct balance between great ideas, realistic ideas, meeting the expectations of our clients whilst keeping within budget and delivering the project on time. This position is giving me ongoing and varied experience in a range of industries thanks to my close work with clients and project teams. My work ranges from database analysis to client presentations which allow me to find the perfect fit between the company and the required technology. I began with simple webpages for local businesses and made my way to bigger projects. My biggest achievement is creating several information systems for small/mid sized companies which are being used by hundreds of employees and saving companies a lot of money.

My work at Xtmotion was fulltime commitment. I worked on more than 70 projects starting with maintenance where I had opportunity to see a lot of code which helped me to understand how things work.
