Responsible for establishing and managing day-to-day operations of a new IT company in Prague. Today, the company has 55 people from 14 different countries including people from the following teams:* Java, Angular JS, .NET, Flex developers and architects* Mobile iOS and .NET developers* Performance and scalability analysts* QA engineers* UX designer

Responsible for technical direction, vision, road map and architecture. Leading architecture and performance/scalability teams. Established and currently managing a new subsidiary in Europe - Casenet Europe.

• Responsible for architecture, design and implementation of a software platform called TruCare, which is a new generation agile care management, disease management and utilization management software solution that allows healthcare payers and care coordinators of all sizes to partner with consumers and their physicians in making the right clinical decisions. TruCare technology ensures the appropriate, consistent, and effective use of healthcare resources, which allows care managers to deliver timely, personalized interventions to all consumers, and demonstrate the clinical and financial improvements of doing so.• TruCare is being built as a RIA Flex based application with Granite DS, Java, Spring, JPA, Hibernate and SQL Server/Oracle as the main technology stack utilizing Jbpm as the workflow engine and Blaze Advisor as the rules engine.• Responsible for the overall TruCare architecture, technical direction, performance, scalability, and sizing • Responsible for development of key TruCare components such as Utilization Management (authorizations), rules engine, Correspondence, Document Management System, Off-line client, Web Portals, Reporting & Analytics• Responsible for creating and presenting technical architecture to upper management (board), investors and customers, evaluating technologies, man power plans, communicating functional requirements to developers and leading the development lifecycle.• Supporting the sales team.
