In early 2015, following the acquisition of AMG.net (as part of Bull Group) by Atos the process of merge of AMG.net into Atos Polska was initiated. Soon after that I was appointed the role of Head of Lodz Delivery Center and became Member of Executive Commitee. Under my responsibility was team of 320+ software developers, quality assurance engineers, support engineers, consultants and managers. During my time at Atos Polska I also established and headed in Lodz the Engineering Services Practice – a business unit dedicated to run IT projects in manufacturing, automotive, transportation and space sectors – especially for customers from Western Europe and European Space Agency.

AMG.net was established in Lodz, Poland in 1996 as an interactive web agency and later evolved into a software development and consulting company. It was acquired in 2006 by French Bull Group which, in turn, was acquired by Atos SE in late 2014. Presently the brand AMG.net does not exist anymore as the whole entity was merged into Atos Polska in 2015. Starting at AMG.net in 2002 as team leader and solution architect of IT solutions for the financial sector I held various roles and positions to reach director position in a business unit named “Nearshore IT Department” that was dedicated to run IT projects for Bull’s customers worldwide. During my time at AMG.net the company was undergoing constant growth from around 70 to 800 employees and was ranked #5 in Poland just before merge with Atos.
