- My primary role has been to design the whole new company's office/warehouse building, following NYC's building codes and regulations. Also, I've been coordinating design concepts for the overall interior area, including co-working rooms, the kitchen, and a specific set of details for shared spaces like their new modern floating wood step stairs.- My most major goal accomplished during this period was to collaborate with the design team of the front elevation, which is a facade that recalls the classic NYC industrial look from ancient times nowadays. I had the honor of participating, doing all the drawings needed to fabricate every architectural feature, estimating quantities to purchase material, and designing the modillions for the sills, cornices, parapets, the stone bands and guiding its construction.- This new facility will contain a vast warehouse area to store construction equipment and products needed to accomplish their jobs—also a new office area for its Principal and all the administrative co-workers that run the company.

Also, it was a powerful tool that allowed us in the office to track old/current prices to negotiate with our professional allies during the bidding comparison process, which usually takes weeks and is very challenging to achieve.- Field Work including site survey, measuring, photography, documentation of existing conditions, and work-in-progress.- Assisted with producing conditions reports, project manuals, bid analysis, etc., for Associates/Senior Architects and Senior Project Managers as needed.- Contract administration assistance (scope, schedule, and budget management) on various projects.
