My responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of the company's business activities, strategies, and plans. In addition, I co-led amazing teams across the Creative, Marketing, Sales, Festivals, Music Event Production, HR, and Finance departments. It was all about bringing people together, mixing ideas, and pushing the envelope.Follow The Step was one of the largest and fastest-growing music promoters and live event organizers in the Polish market. Every year, we hosted over 600,000 attendees, organized 500 events, and promoted more than 1,000 artists and musical groups from around the world.The company's portfolio featured esteemed brands such as Club Smolna, Club Praga Centrum, Undercity Festival, Fest Festival, On Air Festival, Summer Contrast Festival, Wisłoujście Festival, and World Wide Warsaw Festival. Although part of Follow The Step's operations has unfortunately come to an end, its activities have significantly raised the standard for creating amazing experiences at music events and festivals in Poland.My experience there has enriched my professional journey, equipping me with a unique blend of skills and insights that I bring forward in my career.
