• Provide direction and leadership to the tooling and machine maintenance department including people management as follows: managing performance; addressing disciplinary issues; hiring; assisting people with career development; communicating information to direct reports, passing information up the management chain and fostering open communication; ensuring team is aligned with and accomplishing goals/objectives; administrative processing; and, maintaining trust and confidentiality while fostering a team environment.• Managing of relocation the injection department (Brownfield).• Prioritize workflow to meet or exceed customer (both internal and external) expectations.• Coordinate mold revisions and repairs with outside vendors.• Managing the maintenance & repair of hydraulic & electric injection molding machines, gantry & articulating robots, auxiliary/support equipment, and custom automated assembly equipment.• Responsible for formulating and keeping within the operating budget.• Requisition tool room supplies and equipment.• Ensure that molds are properly cleaned, prepped, assembled, and staged for production runs per scheduling requirements.• Ensure the mold storage system is organized and updated.• Safety/Environmental: Where applicable, individual is pre-planning safety into work activities to improve performance. Proactively identifies safety concerns.• Actively participate in continual improvement/innovation, corrective action and internal/external customer satisfaction.

• Managing of relocation the injection department (Brownfield).• Oversees installation of new equipment.• Monitor maintenance work schedules and coordinate overtime as needed.• Managing the maintenance & repair of hydraulic injection molding machines, articulating robots, auxiliary/support equipment.• Ensure that molds are properly cleaned, prepped, assembled, and staged for production runs per scheduling requirements.

• Plan, direct, and prioritize daily work activities for maintenance employees • Works in unison with engineering to improve and update facility equipment• Daily communication with the process engineer/shift supervisor to target problem areas and devise action plans for mold issues as required.• Ensure that molds are properly cleaned, prepped, assembled, and staged for production runs per scheduling requirements.• Coordinate mold revisions and repairs with outside vendors.• Requisition tool room supplies and equipment.
