I have led and carried out more than 25 organization and process optimization’s projects, mainly in Procurement and Supply Chain, piloting teams from 2 to 30+ people, on projects impacting hundreds of stakeholders.The opportunity for me to work and interact both with the operational teams of my clients as well as the management teams or executive committees’ members.I have demonstrated my ability to quickly grasp the specific stakes of various sectors, particularly those of the pharmaceutical industry, consumer goods, luxury, public sector or industrial equipment. My experience in defining and deploying SAP core models, acquired at the start of my career, also allows me to fully understand the challenges and to easily know how to make the link between operational and technical teams.From family businesses to large international groups, I have managed or participated in projects ranking from €150K to +30M€, over periods of 6 months to 4 years.
