I am a qualified physiotherapist working in both hospital and out-patient settings, passionate about health and wellness. I am registered with both the South African Society of Physiotherapists and the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board.I am a certified level 1 Bradcliff Breathing professional. I apply these amazing breathing retraining principles to help many people, such as people suffering from COVID-19, to breathe better and aid their recovery post Covid. In the out-patient setting, I treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction as well as respiratory conditions such as acute infections and sinusitis. I have completed various courses including level 1 Optimal Dry Needling course.With my experience in Clinical Pilates training and my love for yoga, I like to incorporate principles of both into my clinical work.I've also done a course in Nutrition. I have an absolute passion for health and wellness and would like to encourage all my patients to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
