Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, performs and is responsible for sales and marketing, preparation of proposals and establishing a relationship with potential and prospect clients. Also responsible for: - Assisting Operations Manager with developing sales plans and action plans; develop new business leads. - Following-up on new leads and referrals to generate business. - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, visiting company premises, networking, digital marketing, and social media.- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.- Negotiating and closing deals, and handle complaints or objections.- Implementing and maintaining sales tracking and monitoring systems.- Performing competitive analysis, market research, and product/ services assessment.- Conducting presentations, attend trade shows and events to promote Masader services. - Maintaining and updating sales reports.
