We can become what we imagine. I know it because I've lived it.I am Marelys Garcia. I am an Engineer and a fan of learning who became a learning facilitator, a coach, & an entrepreneur. While in IBM, I was certified in facilitation and leadership techniques due to my curiosity & pursuit of continue learning trends about the individual and its impact and influence on organizations success. This led to the creation of Mindslines together with other collaborators and friends with a common vision: to create a space to share our what we’ve learned through our careers, our experiences in leadership, and our professional expertise, with young managers commencing their journey into leadership.Our leadership program is designed to help those starting their career in management, develop the skills required to become the leaders of today and tomorrow. Our three-part journey takes leaders from foundational leadership concepts to the development of new competences, harnessing them through application and reflection.
