Key research areas included:− Optimization of lamination process for PERC and TOPCon solar cells.− Testing of both commercial and custom encapsulant films, including: gel content, peel test, transmittance and UV cut-off, volume resistivity, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis.− Testing of single solar cell coupons/mini-modules for the long-term reliability of PERC and TOPCon silicon technologies, including: Damp Heat, Thermal Cycling, Potential-Induced Degradation, Pressure Cooker Test, Outdoor testing with maximum power point tracking.Involved in collaboration projects with other research institutes and universities. Key activities included:− New experiment set-up for solar cell measurement (JV curve)− New experiment set-up for PID testing− 2D design (SolidWorks) and 3D print (Fusion 360) custom solutions to support research experiments− Encapsulation and accelerated testing of state-of-the-art single junction perovskite and silicon-perovskite tandem solar cells

Five years experience in large-scale IT Strategy and IT Transformation programs forItalian and European Banks. Key experiences:- Support Project Management Officer in the establishment of a new company (IT Shared Service Center) within one of the major European Banking Groups . Key responsibilities included the direct support to the Senior Management in the definition of the strategic roadmap for theevolution of the newly established company and the overall governance of project activities through the coordination of several internal functions (HR, Legal Dpt., etc.) and external vendors (i.e. tax/legal advisors). Direct support provided to the CFO for monitoring the overall Business Case and the evolution of the NewCo.- Defined roadmap, key roles, skills, and KPIs for DevOps adoption at scale in one of the major European Banking Groups. Key responsibilities included the direct support to the Senior Management in defining the adoption roadmap and providing weekly status updates to monitor identified KPIs.
