In my role, I led an assistant recruiting team of approximately 30 members. This team handled over 5,000 applicant submissions monthly. Additionally, I oversaw a corporate recruiting team responsible for hiring roles ranging from developers to C-suite executives.My tenure at Magic also involved collaborating with leadership to refine our Talent Operations. We focused on selecting the top 3% of applicants, ensuring high-quality hires, while also devising product strategies for services that rely heavily on human interaction.

Zirtual was acquired by Startups.co at the end of 2015, and continues to save busy people's time through the art of delegation.

After University, I began working with brands like History Channels “Pawn Stars” to design, develop and manage their web properties and social media channels.Through the art of outsourcing and delegation, I was able to build a team based in the Philippines who was the backbone of my operation. I wound down this consulting LLC to start my first business, Zirtual.com.
