Responsible for reporting and analysis for the Order Processing Center department, but also providing support to multiple departments such as Finance, Shipping, Purchasing, and Sales. One of the key responsibilities was to prepare the KPI metrics that were distributed to the higher management of the company. From the hierarchy view, I was reporting directly to the OPC Manager and with a dotted line to the Plant Manager.
