• Developing Contractor Project Controls Procedures• Schedule preparation and issuing of: - Establishing Project Baseline Schedule - Schedule Basis and Premises - Overall Project Schedule Levels - Schedule Basis Memorandum (SBM) - Manpower Projection Plan - Critical Equipment Lists / Schedules - Progress 'S' Curves and tabulations - Manhour / Manpower histograms• Developing Project Control sheet for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction• Developing Construction Quantity Installation Dashboard • Developing Recovery and Revised Schedules• Maintaining accurate schedule and control curves in an updated condition• Closely monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly progress Reports• Co-ordination of schedule interfaces between client and different EPC contractors' activities.• Preparing and issuing project action Reports• Performing Delay analysis to support claims

1-Assisti Senior Engineers: work closely with senior planning engineers to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.2-Project Planning: Participate in creating project plans, including defining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and critical paths.3-Scheduling: Utilize project management software ( Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) to develop and maintain project schedules. involving inputting data, updating schedules regularly, and ensuring accuracy.4-Resource Allocation: allocating resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project requirements.5-Monitoring Progress: Keep track of project progress against the planned schedule, identifying any deviations or potential delays. Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, accomplishments, and any issues that need attention.6-Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying and assessing project risks, and contribute to developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines.7-Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.8-Documentation: Keep accurate records of project plans, schedules, progress reports, and any changes or revisions made throughout the project lifecycle.
