First of all, if you are reading this, I come to remind you that: Life is a gift that you must take care of every day. Hello😄! I am Mar Figuerola and in recent years my life has taken a 360º turn. I studied International Business & Marketing with the goal of becoming a senior manager in the future. What I didn't know was that, after a while after finishing university and starting to work, anxiety would appear in my life. I had to stop to compose myself. And it was there where I realized for the first time that I had lived my life on autopilot to achieve I don't know what goal that ultimately wouldn't make me really happy either. When I recovered I was lucky enough to start working with Teresa Baró, leading the Marketing and Communication of her company. This last experience has allowed me to learn a lot about digital marketing and personal brand management, in addition to developing my communication skills and emotional intelligence.Although my great passion is marketing, my great vocation is self-knowledge. For two years now I have been fully focused on my personal development. I practice personal development with Antonio Jorge Larruy (Espacio Interior). I meditate every day in the morning to connect with myself. Furthermore, with Antonio I am learning to live all areas of my life in more depth and being more myself. I enjoy the present moment much more. I understand how my mind and emotions work, which allows me to have much higher quality relationships. And, consequently, I experience work in a more pleasant and productive way.I like to give my best in all areas of my life.
