As a counseling office college assistant at COC, I manage appointment scheduling for student counseling sessions, maintain accurate student records, and facilitate communication between counselors, students, and staff. As the primary point of contact for students, I provide professional assistance both in person and over the phone while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Additionally, I ensure a welcoming and organized office environment by greeting clients and handling inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. My role also involves assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office organization, to support the smooth operation of student services.

During my tenure at Canyons Aquatics, I fulfilled the dual roles of Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, focusing on creating a safe and positive environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. As a Swim Instructor, I led engaging swim lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of participants, helping them enhance their swimming abilities while boosting their confidence. As a Lifeguard, I diligently enforced pool rules and regulations to ensure everyone's safety in the water. I also actively promoted water safety within the community, extending my dedication beyond the pool. Guiding and protecting individuals on their aquatic journey brought me immense fulfillment at Canyons Aquatics.
