Together with the client, lead several projects to define the new operating model for HR Area and provide advice and guidance to the Corporate Executive Board.

Responsible for the HR Corporate area, together with a team of 10 HRBP’s.Strengthening HR Area through the definition, development and Implementation of the following processes: Recruitment, Talent management policy, Appraisal reviews in a quarterly basis, KPI’s and objectivesOrganizational Commitment and Culture. Workplace Surveys (tests, interviews, focus groups, etc.) Action plan to keep employees engaged and aligned to the culture.Responsible for the P&L of the countries with special focus on balancing the personnel expenses and other talent-related KPIs.Work Force Planning. Build and scale a rigorous, systematic hiring process company-wide enabling massive hiring with a focus on delivering measurable results.Implementation and control of the company's annual salary review policies, as well as short-term variable salaries according to the standards arranged (Business Annual Plan and quarterly forecasts).Improve and maintain an accurate and efficient HR back-office related to payroll, information database and documentation in 6 Countries. Management of the department on labour issues related to the external Administration (inspections, audits and litigations).Collective bargaining agreement with the Union (Spain) and draft the Company Collective Agreement.Development, implementation and standarization of the occupational health and safety system within the current legislation (Europe and LATAM).Responsible of implementation of the Quality Certification ISO ISO 9001 y 14001.

Develop and deploy innovative HR policies, HRIS products, processes and tools for our clients, providing expert solutions and services to the Business.Recruitment and Headhunting. Profile study and job description, Job posting, CV screening, Competences interview and Psycho technical tests. Job evaluation. Grading and pay structure.Talent Partner/ Advisor for managers and HRBPs during the selection process and the On-Boarding phase.Design and implement learning and development initiatives. Overseeing the drafting and updating of all training contents.Regularly review processes and procedures in place to ensure efficiency and reliability. Support digitalisation and automation of HR administrative processes.
