This past year my focus has been designing and delivering virtual and hybrid workshops and executive coaching to help organizations, leaders, educators, and hospitals thrive and manage stress and overwhelm in this time of transition. My expertise is in supporting individuals and teams to develop as leaders, stay resilient, perform their best, and overcome challenges while thriving at work and at home. I also design interactive workshops focused on strengthening our physical, emotional, and mental well-being rooted in science and practical application. I've had the privilege to collaborate and partner with various organizations and leaders to create customized programs, and transform their in-person workshops into virtual offerings. It's been an honor to create and facilitate engaging, informative, and motivational workshops that assist communities during this hybrid (in-person & virtual) environment, – providing opportunities for greater connection and work-life integration.In addition to virtual training, I have space for a limited number of one-on-one coaching and consulting clients interested in improving performance, expanding their mindset, reaching goals, and creating more fulfillment in all areas of their lives.
