Started as a work experience intern and ended up working in the most vibrant environment for half a year. It's an independent street food and artisan market in the heart of Hackney at Bohemia Place. Organising street parties, Friday late-night events and the Black-Owned Hackney festival. This job allowed me to take responsibility for managing the street food market site, looking after the equipment, dealing with vendors and external teams, creating a help point documentation pack from scratch, understanding the nuances of waste management, and dealing with at least 3,000 visitors per day during market days. This experience allowed me to:1. Conduct a bench-marking research of our market competitors and their marketing strategies 2. Do research in multiple fields: choosing the best equipment, finding service providers, looking for contacts of possible clients 3. Create briefs for staff and security procedures document packs for multilingual team4. Deal with occurring throughout the market season issues and find the most prompt solution

A street-style brand clothing store in the centre of Bournemouth. Face-to-face interactions, brand representative, stock monitoring, space design and sales. A fast-paced location meant dealing with the whole range of customers from our regulars to anti-social behaviour.

I organised activities for children such as themed parties, cultural carnivals, Arts & CraftsClub; supervised a group of 20 children (12-14 years old).
