Manage and created territory call plan calling on primary care physicians, targeted specialists, pain clinics, assisted living and urgent care facilities in Middle TN. Implement strategic marketing goals and objectives. Market and promote TOA through daily face-to-face calls detailing referral coordinators, nurses and physicians on TOA’s service lines, specialties, procedures and practice updates. Maximizing one-on-one communication with physicians and staff improving communication barriers. Document weekly communication with CEO, internal physicians and practice manager reporting referral trends, goals and objectives.Facilitate community events, sponsorships, educational opportunities, CME lectures and speaking engagements for the practice. Assist with the creative content of collateral marketing pieces, as well as the digital marketing and social media.
