Margaret works with Done, our project teams, and clients to help shape and communicate the stories we’re proud of. Her strengths lie in building relationships, designing and implementing strategies and raising organisational and project profiles. Margaret is also an experienced graphic designer, who creates beautiful and clear visual imagery to help communicate a story.In addition to project work, Margaret leads social media and marketing for Done. Because ‘kāore te kumara e kōrero ana mo tōna ake reka’ (the kumara doesn’t speak about its own sweetness) this has been a tricky space for us to become comfortable with. Margaret helps us to speak about our projects and successes in a way that acknowledges the contributions of all and celebrates the achievements of others. We really appreciate the level of care that Margaret brings to this role.
