Developed operating budget for plant with 1500 employees. Supported leadership by developing monthly forecasts and providing variance analyses versus budget. Participated on various manufacturing cost reduction teams and communicated results to manufacturing leadership. Developed many labor cost business cases to assist leadership in making key decisions. Improved the following reports/processes: payroll accrual, headcount reporting, scrap reporting, and regional overtime reporting. Led the 2017 People Services financial framework reorganization. Duties consisted of collaborating with operations to understand needs, communicating the vision to financial analysts in four other global regions, executing the plan, and communicating the results.
