About Margaret Domínguez, Licsw

Hello! I am a passionate bilingual (Spanish) social worker with over 12 years of experience in behavioral health and program development and management. I work to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and drive positive outcomes and systemic change. I believe that offering compassionate care is the backbone of clinical work. I have worked with vulnerable individuals of all ages and backgrounds, both in direct service and as a therapist, particularly with individuals in crisis or that are unhoused. As a manager, I drive continuous improvements and best practice implementation. I work to balance ongoing operations with immediate needs, including resolving conflicts and maintaining community safety in crises. I work to be a team leader who invests highly in individuals and builds impactful teams to maximize unit strengths. I have previously served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of CRISPAZ, a non-profit that works to promote peace and justice in El Salvador. I also lived in El Salvador where I volunteered as an English teacher and presidential elections observer.
