I have responsibility for the day to day running of the organisation and with the support of the management team the strategic planning and growth of the company. I am the point of contact for new referrals to the company and with the assistance of the team leaders ensure that appropriate staff are identified to meet the client's individual needs. I ensure that deadlines are adhered to in order that clients and solicitors receive information on time.N-Able Services is keen to ensure that all the staff improve and update their skills. This is achieved through attending regular training. I have recently undertaken the ILM introduction to management training course and in October 2015 Bond Solon Witness Familiarization training as part of our team organisational development plan. NurseClatterbridge Hospital 1978 - 1983I qualifed as an ENG (enrolled nurse) in 1980. Following qualification I worked for two years on a ward for the rehabilitation of the elderly. Following treatment of acute conditions providing rehabiliation in readiness for discharge. Following this I worked on the Young Disabled Unit (Wirral Neuro) until 1984 treating patients with a variety of neurological conditions, spinal injuries, motor neurone disease,multiple sclerosis and stroke. Following a short break to start a family I then worked providing care for residents in Nursing Home Care.I commenced working as business manager for Kirkpatrick Evans in 1987. This company provided Occupational Therapy Care Expert reports for use in litigation claims. This provided me with the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge of the litigation process
