I worked on the content, graphics, and execution of 2 campaigns: #DogsofAWS and re:Invent. re:Invent was the main focus of my time at AWS as it was held in November 2018 for over 50,000 attendees who are interested in learning about cloud computing and other technology breakthroughs. For this event, I launched a community group on LinkedIn, executed a social media campaign of 400 posts which had an average engagement rate of 4% that outperformed the engagement on each platform comparatively to 2017. Working on the re:Invent campaign, led to my investigation of our employee amplification site having account issues where it was duplicating international employee accounts resulting in 136 duplicate accounts. I was able to work with our vendor’s executive leadership team and had the issue resolved in 74 days. #DogsofAWS was a humanitarian campaign which the team launched to showcase how many amazing dogs are in our offices to break up our social feeds and my primary finding was that our ROI on time of the photoshoot was increased if more than 5+ treats were brought for the dog. -
