I am the clinical dietitian who covers the stem cell service. I provide patients with side effect management education, food safety diet education, and tube feeding recommendations when appropriate.

• Perform detailed and individualized nutrition assessments; focus on critically ill, surgical, and nutrition support patients • Active participant in care team rounds to assist in multidisciplinary patient care • Supervise and precept dietetic interns • Provide medical nutrition therapy and diet counseling following the recommendations from AND• Assist kitchen managers with education and assistance regarding therapeutic diets and texture modifications

I worked privately for a MD and their family of five to provide meals meeting their individual needs. For the parents, I provided meals that meet their macronutrient needs and aligned with their dietary goals/preferences. For the children, I made sure they were getting adequate calories to account for growth and their active lifestyle. Each week I created a menu, shopped, and prepared the meals.

I crafted meal plans to meet clients' macronutrients needs based on a Registered Dietitian consult. I then executed the meal plans by shopping and preparing the meals for the clients.

Collected data and assisted in the scoring process of female athletes as part of a study on the female athlete triad.
