Assist running the company's day-to-day operations, licensing tax software to nonprofits, and being the center client liaison. I created Arctic's first social media accounts, generating an average of 100+ impressions per post. I coordinate and manage in-person and online tax conferences. I also built the company's website at the request of the company's president. This position has taught me how to manage several tasks at once while prioritizing the overall company goals.

Assisted the Marketing Director with orders, shipments, fulfillment, quality assurance, returns and customer service. I also supervised marketing and advertising photoshoots and worked with the director on client spotlight postings to the website.

Managed social media posts and used Google Analytics to improve search engine optimization, local ranking and overall company awareness.
