Direct experience helping clients to identify existing and upstream regulatory requirements, interpreting and applying those requirements and providing insight into regulator expectation and best practice compliance management.Margaret has vast experience of leading numerous cross-sector regulatory engagements, including authorisation applications, due diligence exercises, regulatory remediation and large scale regulatory transformational projects.Proven relationship and leadership skills acquired liaising with clients at a senior level and managing teams of professionals.As well as consultancy experience, Margaret was a regulator in Enforcement and in Banking Supervision in the Central Bank of Ireland and has worked in industry in various capacities. Margaret also had a brief to manage KPMG’s regulatory horizon scanning and regulatory thought leadership program and was the examiner for the compliance practice module [PDC4] of the leading financial services compliance course in Ireland.
