Work experience:- In the field of education for over 17 years, initially in college administration and later in teaching. - I have a wide range of work experience from administration, financial management, project management, human resource management, teaching and training. - I have developed materials, resources and activities for schools & organisations in reading, writing, speech & drama, storytelling, public speaking, parenting skills, learning & personality styles. - I have created thematic school holiday programmes & camps for children from 3-16 years.Areas of experience: phonemic awareness, phonics, comprehension, creative writing, English Literature, speech and drama, storytelling, music & movement, public speaking, financial literacy for children, leadership development, motivation, study skills, learning styles, DISC personality styles, stress & time management, career guidance, character development, team building, parenting workshops. Personal information: I love to read & travel. Gardening is a favourite pastime too. Currently based in Singapore since 2005. From 1991 - 2004, I had a whale of a time living in London, Frankfurt, Medan, Fukuoka, Penang, San Francisco with my family .
