I have had dozen of positive patient encounters as they were very well taken care of and I owe this all to the attention to detail that I took. This is also what enabled me to become promoted from primary phone operator patient care representative. In this new position, I further developed and expanded my data entry and administrative skills as I was given more responsibility. I strongly believe I would both benefit and be an asset to any program because I do work well with others and communicate well and I get a great sense of excitement and joy when I accomplish tasks, be they small or great. I have a strong sense of bedside manner and compassion for others. I am a nonjudgmental person, I am able to empathize very easily with others, and I am able to remain apolitical when presented an argument or opinion, meaning I am able to look at all sides of a situation.
