Current-Created SOP's for receiving, purchasing, and overall operations that pertain to the procurement department.-Created a streamlined process that has become an SOP for the commissary side of the kitchen. I created them after being the corporate chef for over a year.-Responsible for procuring enormous quantities of different products that encompass paper, equipment, and supplies, as well as food items.-Assist in the management as well as support ten outside outlets including the Westworld property.-Have overseen purchasing for the Waste Management Open for the past three years.-Assisted in building and formatting the computer system Food Trak at M Culinary.
