My passion for food was ignited by my parents, who loved cooking so i grew up in the kitchen. I worked through high school and college, making everything from scratch to large volume establishments. My work ethic and hunger to learn has made me the hardworking, reliable person I am today. After graduating from The Chefs Academy I moved on to the world of Culinary Arts. Since then I have gained an enriching amount of experience in the kitchen or the classroom.My path has even given me the opportunity to vere off, try something new. To gain new skills and make new connections. At the end of the day, My passion is food but I love making people happy.
