Entities include, specialty metal manufacturing, radioactive metal recycling, decontamination and decommissioning (D&D) and government contracting. Performed the dual role of Human Resources Manager / Labor Relations Manager over an 800+ million-dollar Department of Energy (DOE) fixed price contract. Experience also includes risk management, training, accounting, industrial safety, union contract negotiation and administration, benefit plan administration, succession planning, and Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis Bacon Act (DBA) compliance. Responsible for development and submission of Contractor Employee Compensation Plan, Compensation Increase Plan, Annual Contractor Salary-Wage Increase Expenditure Report, and Annual Report of Compensation and Benefits etc. as required by multiple DOE contracts, via I-Benefits. Defense Investigative Service (DIS) certified Facility Security Officer (FSO).
