Modeled energy consumption, conversion, and production in Santa Barbara County using Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning (LEAP) Software, a scenario-based tool. Directly supported Principal with compliance management services for several environmental issues affecting power plants, including air quality, hazardous materials and waste, and water quality. Developed an air quality permit guidance document for a 550 MW power plant to assist plant personnel with ensuring state and local regulatory compliance.Prepared air quality permit applications for a 1,000 kW combined heat and power system for a 115 MW intermediate peak power plant.
