The Risk Monitoring and Engagement team serves as a central point of contact for scheduling, planning and overall involvement of Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) as it relates to ongoing lines of defense engagement and review activities to provide a coordinated and consistent approach during these efforts. The team provides ongoing monitoring and oversight and ensures appropriate governance practices are instilled.-Initiates and leads efforts to develop innovative solutions to unique and/or complex business challenges-Conducts analysis to determine underlying cause and determine acceptable solutions for resolution to address complex business issues-Executes against the established monitoring and oversight structure for ongoing monitoring of SACM issues, corrective actions and applicable milestones-Acts as an internal consultant and is a single point of contact to provide monitoring, guidance, direction and clarification relating to SACM Governance to all levels of management -Delivers risk management practices that demonstrate appropriate and effective risk management-Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple assignments while continuing to meet the business partner's needs

Develop governance frameworks that will identify risks, controls and gaps and provide guidance to effectively close any gaps to mitigate risk. Initiate and lead efforts to develop innovative solutions to unique and/or complex business challenges.

Software Management and Reconciliation - Global Technology and Operations

• Responsible for status reporting, client communication & coordinating with the project management team for timely completion and quality maintenance of projects  • Find potential risks during review and analysis of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Evaluation of different techniques such as sampling and testing procedures for common technical tools being introduced and utilized within the Enterprise.• Enterprise License Agreements/Contracts – Understanding of contracts associated with managed software; to include ensuring license compliance, cost, and terms & conditions. Also includes manageement of ELA/contract experation dates to ensure timely renewal.  • Build and maintain accurate license and installation inventories for software. This includes incrementing of license counts at purchase; as well as internal provisioning of unused assets and assessing Enterprise risk and audit compliancy.• Provide visibilty and management of asset warranty and/or maintenance to ensure proper asset lifecycle control. Created workflows and dashboards to document business systems and processes. • Design and implement required chargeback structures in Enterpirse database for software.• Coordinate and gather nessecary data on Server and Desktop/Laptop products to determine which licenses should be taken under management and would be best managed if part of a software agreement. Strong analytical, evaluation and interpretation skills• Interacted with organization to review audit findings and Coordinating and organizing of products expected for each consumer and fund audits. Demonstrated internal audit visualization• Working knowledge of Corporate Governance and Sarbanes Oxley regulations and requirements• Proficient with the data management policies, procedures and common technical tools

 Coordinate Software Renewals with Program Management Office, Business Management, Sourcing, and Suppliers Liaison between administrative and executive level administrative staff in providing best practice solutions and training Interface with cross department/sector peers to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and achieve company objectives Collaboration with diverse groups and global teams to achieve deliverables Create/Update policies and procedures ensuring enterprise efficiencies Gather and create presentation material/information for use by the VP & CIO  Organization of internal/external events-duration 1 to 4 days  Evaluate and direct customer issues for resolution and customer satisfaction
