-Support patients with nutritional counseling for a variety of diagnoses ranging from diabetes to autoimmune, obesity to food sensitivities. Meeting patients where they are and educating them to empower themselves are the cornerstones of my approach. -Design and direct a virtual weekly course for women to create action plans for habit change, weightloss and reduced stress. Course incorporates themes of self-compassion, perfectionism, inner wisdom and mindfulness.

Example: Hired by Whole Foods in anticipation of Amazon ownership to run stress management seminar to support their employees through the transition and restructuring of the company. My work was very highly reviewed by their leadership. -I find this work to be incredibly satisfying because of its reach. My audiences range from factory workers to police officers to executives. It calls upon a broad knowledge of public health in order to address the unique needs of those in the room with me and the broad differences in culture, language and education.
