Designed by world-renowned UK architect, Chris Primett of Malcolm Scott Consultants, Petitti’s Avon location brought a first to the United States – fifty feet wide by forty feet high greenhouse structure with a cathedral ceiling reminiscent of that of Grand Central Station in New York City. Over 10,000 square feet of outdoor space featuring everything from grills, herbs, vegetables, perennial and annual bloomers, and fruit bearing trees.

I acted as a free-lance third party journalism contractor, performing business directory research, photography, blogs, local interest columns, events calendar, and general copy editing for the Martha's Vineyard Patch site.

During my time there, I acted as a medical records specialist, and insurance pre-authorization agent. General office duties included: organizing and keeping daily schedules for the practice's four doctors, obtaining authorization from insurance agencies for patient treatments, and assisting CMAs and doctors during procedures.

Fullerton Business Service is a small tax and accounting firm located in downtown Fullerton, California. Family owned for over 50 years, FBS is a trusted name amongst small businesses and individuals in Southern California. During my employment, I acted as a tax records specialist and administrative assistant. General office duties included: generating and organizing schedules for the practice's three CPAs and two bookkeepers, ordering supplies and inventory, upkeep of the company website and front desk supervision.
