INDUSTRY VISION AND STRATEGY• Serves as key member of industry team to help set industry vision and strategic priorities to drive growth across the sectors and client portfolio • Collaborates with sector leadership and team in identifying and helping drive market growth opportunities• Provides support to industry team on key practice initiatives and develops relevant content, coordinates input from various teams, monitors and reports on progress MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND ADVANCED ANALYTICS• Provides advanced analytical, strategic, and operational support in a new shared service model to support national industry and sectors• Focuses on streamlining processes and improving efficiency in analytical and operational support within industry grouping and across sectors• Leads design and development of presentation slides and management reporting to enable and drive strategic decisionsCLIENT PORTFOLIO GROWTH • Assists industry leadership in identifying “white space” opportunities to drive growth across the client portfolio • Acts as a self-starter in identifying innovative ways industry and sectors could elevate the way we create value and impact to clients, client leadership and teams• Works with industry leadership to grow and elevate client leadership through succession and development

• Support project management pricing new engagements, managing project logistics such as budgeting and forecasting, maintain-ing compliance with firm policies, financial analysis, and project billing and receivables• Lead weekly meetings with project executives to report on the current financial health of their engagements, and provide bal-anced recommendations on financial decisions to mitigate risk based on firm policy, contractual terms with the client, and profit-ability• Produce monthly financial packages for account leadership analyzing various financial and operational metrics within a $60M client account highlighting progress to firm goals, receivables risk, main revenue drivers within specific service areas, and return on investment dollars • Prepare one-pager analysis on the current competitive space for various lines of business with the client, based on qualitative and quantitative data such as relationship development with the client, strategic talent acquisition, return on investment dollars, com-parison of the leverage between leadership and labor staff, and areas of opportunity • Manage and maintain all firm investment opportunities at an account level • Build strong relationships with PPMD’s to produce profitability analysis, business development analysis, and other ad-hoc finan-cial deliverables

• Collaborate with engineers, FP&A, and land analysts to create and maintain all capital projects for COP’s Gulf Coast Business Unit (Eagle Ford)

•Worked in collaboration with ethics to audit all US employee •Submit an imputed income to payroll to ensure COP is compliant with the IRS guidelines

•Optimize resources and processes to conduct activities that span over business units to improve results •Coordinate daily crude oil price interface between systems •Complete netback entries for crude, condensate, sulfur, and gas
